Rod Coote, an indie-folk singer and songwriter based in Newcastle, NSW, has been able to transform his heartfelt lyrics into a visual wonderland that is evident so vividly with his latest release 'Wild Pine' released on September 3 2021. This single has been described by Rod as a sentimental song that was cathartically written following the sudden passing of his beloved grandfather and it captures the feeling of losing someone loved in an ethereal way.
